Not around here. People commute daily to NYC from Northeast Pennsylvania. I once worked with someone who came in daily from Delaware via Amtrak. (Granted she had a very specific situation, and when she was able to stay with the company and work closer, she did).

From NYC, it's one commuter train and a few minutes on a local bus. I got a ride out the last time, but returned home via public transit, making my connections without a hitch, and probably arrived home while some congoers were still saying goodbyes at the hotel :)

tarrenger mentioned last year about going to an FA:U as our first con, along with his mate arhon

xiavolpeanimosus and two other furs not on FA. Not sure still if we are yet. And the dates this con is seem somewhere around the time my family and I usually take our traditional yearly vacation to Wildwood, NJ. We're all in south NJ, Camden County, 15 minutes from Philadelphia.

Was the last badge thing ever fixed where people became sponsors or what ever and got that cool badge, last i heard people didnt get theirs I was wondering what ever came of that?

Um, for some reason when I get all the way to Paypal it says the Sponsor level is still $60 USD when it should be $45 for another 8 hours according to the journal.

Is there a fix?

Sponsor level is usually $75, so the discount is at $60.

I plan on going to FAU this year... it be my 2nd time going, and my 2nd con ever!!!!!! Its only a 6 hour drive or so from where I live. And THIS time, I may have a fox partial to play around in!

A guy named "Dusk Hunter"... but he's not on FA or DA. He's a friend of mine who's well decorated in con attendances, (AnthroCon in particular, and numerous fur meets) but he's rather new to the fursuit building thing. For practice, he's gunna use me! Yay!

I'm gonna try to go! I'm registered, but whether or not I can get there will depend on if I can find a ride or not. So we'll have to see. :3 If anyone's going to be driving through or close to south east tennessee (around chattanooga) hit me up. I may be able to get a ride one or two hours to meet you someplace! I registered for a dealer's table. I hope I am not too late a few days ago, the site had a list of confirmed dealers and my name was on it. I thought that was a little strange and meant to send a letter to you guys about it, but something came up...and now I am in Miami and without my computer. Sorry about that.

If the site listed your name it may have been a cache from the old FAU page. The site went up a little bit earlier than we wanted with some of FAU5's information on it (we built our new template off of that).
