Use of real fur

Hey all!
As you can see in my latest posts (Aziza's fursuit parts) I've been using real for for the long accents and her mane, I will be offering this in the future for customers and to those that have orders with me currently you can upgrade to real fur for parts if you'd like to :)
But be careful! I know certain conventions (I think EF, but I think theres another?) That don't allow real fur products at their conventions so that's at your own risk, do your research first!
I order all my real fur products from reputable companies that I trust, But again, its only an option! I will offer it along with NFT and kanekalon :)

I don't know about you, but I frequent tumblr where there's a lot of extremist vegans who hate anyone who isn't vegan as well. My point was that if someone goes so far as to bash and hate someone like Faruku that it's their loss. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding there.
No of course I mean I wish more makers offered such things. Totally support.
And yes! As long as its taken care of real fur can be lovely :)

You might not be able to tell if its small parts like hair tuffs, or when people put it on elbows.
Im still thinking A LOT of people are gonna want to pet it xD;

I know when the tan fur, it gets a natural leather backing. But some people line it with faux leather.
Do you line the back of yours with something, or do the people you purchase it from have it lined?
I've left it as it is (I think its leather? its soft like suede but very tough like leather)

I wonder how it works at cons where it is allowed - do people get along, or are there some that have to question other people's choice of material?
(I, personally, do not like real fur. Neither on clothes nor on fursuits. But that is completely without logic, since I do wear leather shoes and collars.)
And I'm pretty sure it'd work like any other con, no reason for anyone to kick up fuss as, like you said, I do stand by the argument that almost everyone will have worn or owned some form of leather etc, I just don't like to see the fur go to waste :) though I won't use animals that aren't cattle/used for foods or pest control
I'm studying Taxidermy, so I have no problem with fur being used as long as the animal was killed humainly., I HATE them being used on clothes however. Of course with hair, it would have been shaven or cut off the animal during a grooming session so i shouldn't see a problem with it :3
All the pelts I'm using the animals have been killed humainly~ and I've decided to use only cattle-based animals (if that makes sense?) animals used for food etc. (I just have. Thing with say! Lik! Bear fur? And things like that! Who goes out and humainly kills a bear?)
personally I don't mind it, especially if the source was chosen carefully. but that's just me.

I hope those that threatened others over it are vegan & never wear leather! Can't believe it was such an violent issue.
