If your having what I had about two weeks back, your not gonna be doing much of anything for quite some time. Best advice i can give is just take it easy, its gotta run its course regardless but it will be hell on ya if you try to push yourself.

I guess you would have to say what it was you had, but yeah, I'm doing just that, letting it take it's course, I just gotta be careful cause I got a grandma that likes to push things
