Oke now that is out of the way, I need some advice.
Here is the thing, I have really dry and bad skin.
I mean some times you would say you can play tic-tac-toe on your arm, wel.......... you can play battle-ship on my arms.
Yeah my skin is that dry.

So I was wondering if any one could give me some advice on what I can do about it or what is the best to use for it.
Like a lotions or some thing idk.

If any one from Holland could help me that would be the best, easy because shops and brands and stuff idk.
But any one is welcome to replay or give advice.
