AS THE ARTIST
>I reserve the rights to any of my work, when a piece is finished I will upload pictures to my online galleries of the product. If you choose to keep your commission “private” you must notify me at the start of each commission, I will then not post any pictures as requested. You may post pictures of my work to any site, if you repost any of my pictures or pictures of my work credit should be given to me as the maker.
>I reserve the right to CANCEL an order at any time if: The customer is being overly rude, unreasonable, harassment towards me or my assistant, or failure to pay within agreed time frame. If this happens I will fully refund you, this includes the 33% deposit.
> I will take commissions from ADULTS only, you must be 18 years or older. If not I am comfortable doing business with your parent/guardian.

>No major changes may be done to the commission once it has been completed, but I will do small alterations if necessary and within reasonable limits as pictures are provided. Major changes include:
*Change in foam work shape after fur had been applied to the suit.
*Change in eyes shape or color after installation of the eyes.
*Change in ear shape after they have been furred.
*Change in facial fur patterning once the fur has been glued to the head.
*Change in markings on a bodysuit once they have already been added.
*Change in fur color after the commissioner has approved the color initially.
*Change in number of toes or claws after it has been made. (Traditionally I do four fingers/toes per appendage)
>I WILL NOT use wigs or fur to mimic the hairstyle on a commission. I will, however, be open to making a tuft or hair "floof" to mimic as closely to the hairstyle as possible.
>I WILL NOT create heads with silicone noses, nor with 2-D Eyes, nor with resin eyes.
>I WILL NOT make suits with special holes or zippers intended for sexual use.
AS THE CUSTOMER
>If requested I can provide photos of your commission in progress, if a minor detail that is incorrect is spotted I will fix it to your specifications. Otherwise I will follow the reference provided to the detail shown on it and to the best of my abilities and materials available to me will allow.
> You must provide a colored picture reference for your commission to be modeled by. I will not do commissions from text alone. Your commission will then be created to the specifications of the reference to the best of my abilities.
> As the commissioner you must provide ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS in inches, this is your responsibility. If you gain or lose weight, I need to be alerted immediately to be sure your commission properly fits you.
>I require you to make a Duct Tape Dummy for bodysuit commissions, Which is a cast of your body shape done in Duct tape for me to build a mannequin shape off of. You are responsible for shipping it to me, I will not return it once the commission is done. Please also tape the Dummy back up after removing yourself from it, I will charge an additional $50 for any DTDs received that are not taped back together before shipping. If the DTD smells or is dirty in anyway I will not touch it and require you to send me a new one. Further instructions will be provided if you are unsure how to build one.
PAYMENTS AND QUOTES
> A quote you receive from me is only good for ONE MONTH, after which you would have to request for another quote. Shipping will NOT be included in a quote.
>I require a 33% (1/3 of total cost) down payment/deposit, to be placed on my Queue; that is NOT REFUNDABLE. The only two situations in which I would refund the deposit is if the suit has not been completed within 24 months of the deposit OR the commissioner is making me uncomfortable and I personally choose not to finish due to their actions. (Refer to ‘As the artist’)
> I will only start work on a commission once it has been paid in full.
> Please use my business email Sorrel.The.Pandoth[at]gmail.com as means to communicate with me in regards to your commission, I check it daily. I kindly ask that you do not contact me through personal social media accounts in regards to your commissions.
>Shipping costs will be calculated after completion, and payment for shipping will be due then.
> FAILURE TO PAY on an agreed time period could result in your suit being delayed or canceled. When a quote is given, payment amount and dates will be decided then. If a payment is not made in the correct amount within 48 HOURS (two days) of the agreed date a 10% fee will be added onto the missed payment. For example, if the payment missed was for $100 that payment now becomes $110
> A FINAL NOTICE will be issued to the customer if the payment date goes delinquent for over two weeks. If still Failure to pay after the final notice it will result in total cancellation of the commission. Any money paid after the 33% deposit will be refunded. The deposit WILL NOT be refunded as it is used for materials for your commission, and said materials will remain in my possession to be used as I see fit. It will be up to my discretion if I wish to do business with the customer in the future. This will be dealt with in a case by case basis.
> I will only accept PayPal and money orders as form of payment. When using PayPal please send all payments as "paying for goods and services" to comply with PayPal TOS. My PayPal is Hawkfrost21@gmail.com.
> I will allow payment plans, but I will allow no more then four separate payments after the deposit, and payments must be finished for work to begin on the suit. You will not receive your finished commission until all payments have been made. Payment plans will be dealt with on a case by case basis depending on the individuals needs.
> If a refund is requested by the commissioner before I start building a suit, a replacement commissioner will need to be found in order to receive the full refund paid minus the 33% deposit. As the replacement commissioner pays off the slot the original slot holder will be reimbursed.
>I will NOT offer a refund for completed projects because my time has already been spent on it and it is hard to resell someone’s personal commission.
> Once I have started your commission in any form, you can not request a refund.
SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
>Shipping will be USPS unless otherwise stated. All packages will be insured for the amount of the commission by USPS, this ensures that if the commission is lost in the mail, I, as the artist will be reimbursed and will then have the necessary funds to build a replacement (if need be). All packages come with tracking. I am not responsible for lost packages due to the USPS system. You may elect to NOT to have the commission price’s insurance & just receive the complimentary $50 insurance USPS provides. If you choose this option (usually to save a little money on shipping), I, as the artist, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for lost packages due to the USPS system, nor refunded payment based on the lost item. I will NOT build a replacement commission unless paid for. I do recommend getting the FULL insurance just to make ensure I, as the artist, and you as the commissioner are fully covered in case of the WORST possible scenario.
>If you live close by, I am willing to allow for personal pickup in Massachusetts.
>I WILL NOT DO DEADLINES, the suit will be completed on average 10-12 months from when I received the deposit. If the suit is not completed within 24 months I will issue a full refund that includes the deposit if desired in payments.
>Average completion time will be based on my current work load, it will also be based on what materials must be ordered. Completion times can range anywhere between 10-12 months unless otherwise specified.

>If you or anyone else attempts to alter (like put in special zippers or alter the pattern etc.) the warranty will become VOID.
>If alterations have been made, I STILL should be acknowledged as the original creator.

>For the life of the costume I will offer SMALL repairs such as a worn out seams or zipper for free.
>I will not fix balding spots! To prevent balding spots please don't allow people to scratch shaved areas of the suit and do not use a wire brush on shaved areas. Instead use a soft doll brush on the shaved areas for maintenance. In doing this you will prevent balding from ever happening.
>I will not fix suits that have been exposed to a dryer or hot water. This melts the fur fibers and can not be fixed. So please don't machine wash your suits on hot water then throw them in the dryer on high heat. This will destroy the suit.
>I will not fix suits that have grown mold, To prevent this never store your suit away when it is damp. Please be sure your suit is completely dry before you store it.
