Here is a Tumblr post of a whole lot of stock images. You can also search Deviantart for tons of free to use stock images. Most of them just ask you to credit them. Which isnt too hard to do <33
You do pretty good with clean coloring ^^ I love how you drew her horns in the non chibi drawing. Lets see a few pointers
1. Hands. They are so frustrating and I still have problems drawing them. I recommend looking a refs and sketch them out. Just hand sketch practice. If you keep drawing them and doing different angles it helps you get a basic grip on how to draw hands. I usually use my own had to ref but sometimes that doesnt work X3
2. shading. Dont be afraid to practice this. Shading can be fun. try it out more~
3. Backgrounds. Yes these are hard.

here is a nice tutorial on backgrounds.
Remember Closer means more detail, further back means less.
I think thats it that i can think of.. There is always so many things to improve on eso if you have any questions feel free to ask

Hand you the same link to use. <3
Few things to work on-
Shading- I wish there was an easier way how to shade but its something you have to keep practicing to get right. I suggest drawing random objects you see and see how they are shaded. Its harder to shade on people but look at refs. They help <3
Bewbs- Yes bewbs. Even i dont draw these the right way. Breasts are not completely round. they are effected by gravity.

Backgrounds- I really must post a journal for all the useful tuts i find X3

here is a tutorial that may help a bit. I couldnt find a good one for realistic babies so this will have to do.
pointer-
Shading- Your doing great shading with color and not black. Thats a very good habit to get into. Try shading with different colors other then then a darker color of the the color your shading. And try shading the whole image with just one color. Your background can effect what your shading looks like. If your baby is in the dark room sleeping then your shading will be a nice cool blue. If your baby is by a night light then you will have more of a harsh shading and your highlights will be the color of the nightlight.
Eyes- I have troubles with eyes all the time. I would suggest draw some realistic eyes. Get the basic concept of an eye and develop a style of eye that works for you~
I believe thats all for ya. Hope that helped alittle <33
