Weeeeeee! I can get access to FurAffinity at home! Thank you very much for your support, guys, and the admins for unblocking me. I'll keep your comments there so that I will know what about IP's, ISP's and other networking stuff (though I'm Computer Science student, and I learn about network principles) ^^
Status Report from one of the admins: After I gave him my home IP using Trouble Ticket, they caught the REAL problem that my IP was unknowingly used by a person...and scammed me that this IP was banned from FurAffinity (which made me questioning about FA mistakenly).
I use internet broadband with router, which has dynamic IP.
This is one of the netiquettes violated by a scammer.
