I just did about 30 mins of spinning, alternating between normal riding and "stairs" [high tension/gear , raised up out of your seat , don't let that ass touch it] through out various songs. My legs hurt but hot fucking damn that's good cardio.
Shall do more often ^w^

Actually more exercise doing that~
1. Move to a high gear
2. Raise up out of your seat
3. Continue cycling , and do not sit down
4. Continue until it begins to burn
