Upcoming Conventions in 2013

For those of you who might be interested in meeting the birdy, here's a preliminary list of conventions I'm thinking about attending in 2013:
1) Furnal Equinox, March 8-10, Toronto
2) Furry Weekend Atlanta, March 15-18, Atlanta
3) Furry Connection North, April 12-14, Novi/Detroit
4) Eurofurence 19, August 21-26, Madgeberg, Germany
5) Midwest FurFest, November 22-24, Chicago
I won't be able to make Anthrocon this year, due to a scheduling conflict with work. (If the Anthrocon weekend was in June, I have no scheduling conflict with work. July conventions usually conflicts with work.)
I hope to see many of you at one (or more) of these furry conventions.

Last year was a rarity for me, where I didn't take my usual August vacation. I deferred my August vacation to September, and decided to visit Rainfurrest to see what that convention was all about. :>
Turns out I WILL indeed be at EF this year.
So hopefully I'll get a lot more pics of you sooner than I thought

I'm currently planning out my trip to Eurofurence/Germany. I have the option of arriving a few days early in Germany so that I could make the most of my overseas vacation. I have the night of Tuesday August 20th booked at the Maritim Hotel. I am thinking of adding the nights of Sunday August 18 and Monday August 19 to the hotel as well. That way, I could explore the town of Madgeburg and maybe travel by train to Berlin for a day-trip.
How early are you planning on arriving for Eurofurence? If you arrive early, we could hang out together. :>
And yes -- I'd love to be photographed by you much sooner than expected. :) I love your pictures from MFF 2012. They turned out FANTASTIC! They're one of my favourite sets of fursuit pictures taken at any of the conventions. Thank you so much for photographing me!

I'm afraid my travel plans are pretty tight this year. I fly into Berlin on the morning of Tuesday August 20th and will be taking the train to Magdeburg that afternoon. Then, on Monday 26th, I'll be taking the train back to Berlin, spending an afternoon there before taking a late flight home. This is in direct contrast with last year when I took a very slow trip all the way from Ireland to Germany and back again on a combination of ship and rail, spending a few days relaxing in both Paris and Berlin.
Also, because I waited too long before registering, I missed out on a spot in the Maritim. Instead, I'll be in the Intercity hotel, which is only about 5 minutes walk away ( close enough for me to suit up in the room and just walk to the Maritim, weather permitting ).
I'm looking forward to seeing you there, and I'll definitely have to sit down and have a chat with you ( a few times, hopefully! ).
