But yeah I actually saw it a couple of years ago. One of the top 5 anime I've ever watched in terms of plot (despite all those feels).

Madoka Magica is easily one of the best anime ever made. I haven't seen a magical girl show so creative and intelligent since Tokyo Mew Mew, and even that pales in comparison.
