Furry Fiesta Recap

Had a faaaaaaaaabulous time at Texas Furry Fiesta this year! I must say, it is one of the Best run cons I have ever attended, and I plan on returning next year! This con was the first con I went to more on the artist track than anything else, and it was a great experience! I made a lot of cool badges and met a lot of really great people! Heres the re-cap!
Left Fargo at 5 PM on Wednesday Night, got stuck in snow in Kansas for a few hours, and eventually picked up Sodalite and got to the con at 4PM on Thursday. We checked in, I took a shower, grabbed some food, and I suited. I got to meet Erro and Lavthefox, spent a good part of the evening just enjoying relaxing after the long ride, and retired early to bed.
Friday I got up early to get my spot in the artist alley and get my stuff up in the art show. I had a blast in the alley, meeting new people left and right, and making some great badges and sketches. I really want to thank Yue for trusting me a lot with those badges. I love how they turned out and had a blast making them! It really boosted my confidence for the con. Eventually I wound my work down and suited and such for the evening. I met up with Hakawne and got to meet Ravid and Woody, who were both pretty cool.
Saturday I barely made it in to the artists alley, but then proceeded to draw a lot and get my sketch book out there for others to sketch in. I finished early so I could suit in the parade, and then enjoyed the rest of the day’s antics as I suited and danced and met new people! I also got a chance to hang out with Ludwig, and we went to In and Out Burger. It was… okay =P
Sunday came too quickly and I, again, got a spot in the art show. This time I got up extra early so I wouldn’t have to worry about my spot in line. I got all my work done without issue, checked on my stuff in the art show (I sold 3 pieces! The first time I ever actually sold anything in the art show XD). I got dinner with Ravid and Hakawne, and proceeded to suit the rest of the evening.
I headed out with Sodalite on Monday morning, and thus ended my little con. I really had a blast, and it was good to see so many people!
