...when was the first time you ever heard of the fandom?
Personally, I was always interested in anthropomorphics, and was first introduced to the fandom itself through Second Life. I remember the exact day actually when I 'discovered' the fandom. I was sick for a few weeks my freshman year of highschool, and therefore, was playing a LOT of SL. I had always had furry avatars on SL, almost since the first day I started playing. Anyways, I did a google search for furry and that's when I realized it was something outside of SL. Then I stumbled upon FA, and the rest is history x3.
But what about you guys? What was your first exposure to the Furry Fandom, and what drew you to it in the first place?

Also, thanks for Watching me.
And I'm the same way; since I was a little kid, I loved movies/shows with animal characters (The Fox and the Hound, Scooby Doo... heck, I practically grew up on Balto. I still love that movie). I also used to imagine myself as anthropomorphic creatures of various sorts. As a kid, I used to run arround my yard pretending I was a wolf.
Also, I've always loved animals, and have always had many pets. (My cats are the best ^w^)
Looking back, it's clear to me now that I always had a furry disposition; it just wasn't until Second Life that I had a name for it.
