It's apparently a sight where they let everyone make reviews.
Not a great idea.
I'm not even sure what the reviews are for.
For the owners of the business to read or for other possible visitors to read so they know what to expect?
If it's the latter, those people are, in my eyes, fucking stupid. It's such a pain to sift through all the dumbass complaints to find any kind of remotely decent "review."
I'm sorry, but if multiple posts are people going: "THIS ONE TIME IS GOING TO MAKE ALL THE OTHER TIMES MEAN NOTHING." Then you have no option to mark the review as spam, or to label it as terrible. I'm not going to give people a self esteem boost on a site they seem to value simply because they want to vent their frustrations on a shitty reviewing site that won't even give people the option to review other people's reviews.

Ah that's why I've never heard of it. I don't browse those kinds of sites for that exact reason. People are stupid and typically bad reviews are done out of spite, or are rage fueled so they either don't come out clearly, or can be viewed as completely unfound.
