You need to wash your face more often! At least, that's what I was told and never did.

nope doesn't work. I'm switching acne systems again though. I'm going beack to my previous one because my acne gets used to them :/ so I always have a have used set lying around.

Try without for a week. Squeeze then all manually, and painfully, and see what happens.

Remove caffine, sugar, foods they put loads of crap in, stop washing your face with cleanser morning and night, if you have to wash it once a day with JUST water,

How oily does your hair get, because the skin on your face can react to the signals from your scalp.

Seriously the use of shampoo and crap is a consumer consipracy designed to get us using the products every day, hair gets oily so quick now because the crap we put in our systems, and shampoos + conditioners take off what our scalp produces, so then our scalps work EVEN HARDER to put more on / shed more.

Seriously boyfriend has washed his hair 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years (only because going to his mothers and using the water from her shower makes his hair go whack because the content differences). He has so much less of a dandruff problem and his hair isnt as wirey

o_o skin reacts to what you put in your tank and shit you put on it. I had a little achne at school and I didnt wash my face. Its why its so funny that girls stick so much make up ontop of their achne so they actually just make it worse X3

I've already removed caffeine from my diet. And trust me if I go one day without washing my face with cleanser I'll end up using a squeegee to get rid of the grease on my face :/ My hair gets oily daily as well, and it's kind of hard to keep away from all of those bad foods on a college student budget, especially when I'm basically eating lunch downtown and dinner is whatever my parents have

seriously tho. Just stop using ALL your acne stuff for a week and stop washing your face, if you really need to splash some warm water on it. Then see how it settles :3

Acne is somthing that wasnt around when our grandparents were, and you dont really see kids with it in third world countries either

If you dont find it works well for you now , could always try it during the holidays, just make sure you dont get shampoo or anything on your face if your washing your hair. Hot water dries the skin out.
