as ive been told a few minute sagoi, its called stationery , i have an emblem done and all, but i dont know much about the tools and im having a lot of troubles doing the frame things and i dont know what fonts should be used

I've used Photoshop CS2/3/5/6 and Illustrator CS2/6, but I've never designed a stationery set before. However, I have some experience with business cards and such.

You'd need to look up the exact specifications for the letterhead so that it can be properly printed. The rectangles on the side just look like business card layouts.

If you're trying to design your own, you might want to do a bit of brainstorming.

If you're just looking to copy the format, here are some tips:
1. There doesn't appear to be any special Photoshop-style effects in any of the images, so you're probably better off using Illustrator.
2. The wavy lines can be easily drawn with Photoshop's Pen tool or any of the line-drawing tools in Illustrator.
3. The colours were done with random gradients. You can put those in with the Gradient tool.

Unfortunately, unless you have specific questions, it's not realistic for me to write out design theory. Personally, I don't really like the layouts. I kinda get the green because of the logo, but the black and green combo is honestly too much; I can't imagine a serious company ever using something like that for business letters. The rounded corners on the business cards are also unrealistic for actual printing; if a company has money to waste on something like that, they might as well pay for premium printing instead.

For the fonts, I'd suggest something that suits the emblem you already made and the rest of the stationery design. Fonts should be extremely legible (something sans serif), and should not be a "paid" resource. I know it's blurry, but I recognise the basic layout for the business cards, and I totally disagree with it. However, I'm not sure what this is being used for; if it's an assignment and that example is considered "good," then I guess you should make something like that.

yeah, that link i shown is just the style of thing i was doing, not exactly that , but its a good tip that about the sans seriff thing, giving it a try, and a friend is teaching me, but really really hanks!!!

i just have photoshop cs5 and illustrator cs5, and well..i have what a friend done last semester, and im trying to use the sizes as a base but its too compolicated and i dont know how to place anything Dx

well I know a good deal about Ai illustrator CS3 so if you don't know how to place anything maybe this will help: placing pics etc.. in Ai is abit diff since it uses vector graphisc not bitmap like Photoshope aka Pixels, I dont know CS5 but if its the same as CS3 in placing, you do : File > Place... > (chose yr file) then embed next to 'live trace' & 'Mask' buttons.

warning it will be alot heavy if its a bitmap HD picture though but you should not have a prob if its a graphics like clipart etc..

Do you have the design done, but you just need to apply it to the different stationeries?

Is it dimensions you're not sure on?

Does it all have to be displayed on one page as a final display?
