We have a calm and cloudy morning here in Tokyo, Japan. The weather forecast says that it will be over 75F. We know that our lives may not always be full of wonderful things however, good luck may come unexpectedly. I am going to have 4 miles run today, too. Having had it for more than a couple of months, I reduced my weight by 33lbs. I could take my six pack back, my blood pressure got back to normal, and these are the amazing things for me. Not being for sure why your butt hurts, I think that one of your dreams may have come with you last night.
