I got fired.

Header! Ball! Yay!
Yup, lost my job today. This just blows. I really need a job to pay bills, but now I don't have one and don't really know whether I should look for a better one or get one at a similar level just to make ends meet for the time being. Or I could fight to get my job back, seeing as the reason I got fired was due to too many tardy-s, even though a good half of them are due to my finger prints being non-existant and the fact that my manager said it would get taken care of. But is my job really worth fighting for just to lose eventually? And don't get me wrong, I'm really upset I got fired, I loved my manager and she still wants to help me out, but I just don't know where to go from here. And how could I drive Brent to and from work and show my face there after getting fired? It just feels weird, and I feel like I let my friends there down, even though I would still be looking for a new job soon anyway and probably leaving in a month or so. I just don't like that I got fired, I guess, rather then just leaving on my own terms.
Also, I have a 3DS now. Just, you know, as a side note. So nice to have a new DS that all the buttons work on. It's an XL too, so the screens are huge.
Anyway, that's my life right now. Not sure if I should be upset or not, but things are what they are.

Personally I'd just say to look for a new one. The one thing that I take issue with is the following sentence: "And how could I drive Brent to and from work and show my face there after getting fired?" That implies that you did something wrong or should be ashamed of something when they're the ones who made the mistake.

OP
Yeah, I've been thinking about that. I actually showed up after dropping him off, and honestly everyone there misses me. Facebook is saying to fight for my job, which I guess I'll do anyway, but still I wish people would just take it as, "Well, this sucks, but I'll move on," and not "UP IN ARMS, WE MUST DEFEND MY RIGHT TO A TERRIBLE JOB!!!" Ah well.
