So in part, this is to alert any commissions who follow me that I have not worked on hardly anything this week.
We had a death in the family, and it was a super tragic one. He was my dad's best friend and truly like an uncle (brother-in-law's uncle actually, so by a stretch). Kind of hit our whole family pretty hard.
But he was a great man and we all have fantastic memories of him. I'm just very thankful that he was such a good friend to my dad for these past six or so years.

In a lighter note, in a little over a week I'll have been marriaged for a year. Go team.
And um.
urg. come on Rebecca...find your silver lining to the week...fiiiind it.
Andrew bought me ten bananas last night.
And Mass Effect 2 is the most fun tastic game oh gosh.
eh. Next week will be better. It's spring break so I can actually put in a lot of work hours. And that's good.

I think your commissioners will understand that you aren't just delaying work without a reason. You need time to think about yourself right now. Also - congrats on being married almost a whole year! :) That's really awesome.
