Q: I want to commission you. What do I need to know?
1.First, i mostly only draw woman, furry/anthro and animals. i am not too experienced in drawing men and therefore cannot promise that it will be of equal quality or met of the same expectations that is seem in my female subjected art. This does not mean i will NOT draw males. But thats the risk you take by asking me.
2.I also MUST have a reference if youd like any specific characters. I WILL NOT try to depict a character from detailed description. It aggravates me and i cannot put my all into a piece. Itd have to be short. For example. "i like schoolgirls. I want a blonde one, pigtails, tanned skinned, blue eyes." short, sweet, and simple.
3. Prices vary. Sometimes i have cheap prices and sometimes i raise them up. Depends on my mood and how broke i am. Sorry but freelance doesn't always pay my bills and food stamps only feed me so much.
Q: How did you get your name?
A: Ive had the name squidpuke for a little over 4 years now. At the time i really really liked squids. They are one of my favorite animals. So that in my name was a given. I wanted a name that people would remember. Something with a bit of shock value. Something doesn't have to be necessarily beautiful. I wanted it to be slightly vulgar in a sense. At fist i thought.. well.. squids ink..squidink? Neh.. SquidVomit? Close but doesn't roll off the tongue. Then SquidPuke? Fuckyeah! And its been that way ever since. i wouldnt change it for the world.
Q: Theres someone else using your name.
A: Yes i know. Some Brandon Davis ass uses it on two or three different sites. But i am the one and only. ;P
Q: Why do you only draw sexy females?
A: I have since i was about 14. I was angry back then so they used to be all amputated. Ive always been a fan of anatomy. Females are curvy and beautiful and just catch my inspiration the most. Ive recently learned that i think i can express my sexual side more so in my art. I cant seem to draw what im feeling or any other emotions. This is not to imply that i whore myself around. I personally do not accept flings and am only able to enjoy it when im in love and with passion. Also, sex sells. Drawing boobs has kept me surviving. I never get bored of drawing woman. I support all different kinda of woman, big small, i dont care. im learning to draw more chubbier woman, and as you can see my girls have gotten thicker since a year ago. I think every woman should feel beautiful. Flaws and all, thats what makes you human. and thats nice :)
Q: You model?:
A: I was modeling a bit, however, i am focusing on my art as well as my tattoo career so modeling has been put off to the side. This does not mean i will NOT model, however, it will be a bit more rare.
Q: Tattoos you say?
A: Yes. It seems odd as i know not many tattoo artists do digital work/anime style shit, nor do digital artists all of a sudden decide to tattoo. Ive been wanting to tattoo since i was 14, and i got an opportunity a while back and am taking advantage of that. it has improved my art tenfold, i love it more then anything. I am still learning and have tons more to learn. I don't call myself a tattoo artist yet i am still an apprentice. I get alot of questions about tattoos, i have no problems answering them to the best of my ability. I am learning from an amazing artist, please do not ask for me to tattoo a sleeve on your because you 'support' me. I will not be doing large pieces for probably over a year. small simple things. Baby steps.
Q: Can we skype or text/etc.?
A: I do not give out my phone number to random people, and i no longer have skype. Sorry.
