If you HAVE SENT YOUR MONEY for your commission, it is ASSUMED that you HAVE READ & AGREE to this TERMS & CONDITIONS for my services

• I ONLY accept commissions through my commission form here. If the request is not submitted via this form, it will not be added to my queue of commissions to be worked on.

• I ONLY accept USD though PayPal. And if you're outside of America please let me know ahead of time so I can anticipate fees etc.

• Please do not send me money until we have made an agreement through my commission form & via email which is murasakurasl@gmail.com. If you have any questions please direct them via note here, in world ISL, or to that email.

• If you wish to purchase a commission, I assume you have looked through my gallery and are familiar with my style, or different types thereof, please do not ask me to do a commission in the style of another artist. I will not do it.

• No refunds on commissions unless extenuating circumstances arise. I reserve the discretion to provide a refund. If you have provided a deadline, I will work to complete by that deadline.

• If a refund is needed and the artwork has already been started, I reserve the right to keep a partial amount/percentage of the original cost for how much work has already been done, and you will receive whatever I have completed to that point.

• If a full refund is needed, and the artwork has already begun, I reserve the right to auction the pose/picture idea (YCH) for another buyer at a discounted price, unless other arrangements are made.

• Any reposting of the artwork purchased MUST give proper credit and can ONLY be used as non-profit means.

• I have the right to refuse to do any commission, even if it has been started. If it has been started, I will issue a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.

• I reserve the right to post your commission in my online galleries, portfolios, or advertisements of my own work.

• You may not remove my signature from your commission.

• You CANNOT sell the work or claim it as your own.

• Only a one time courtesy edit will be provided after the commission is finished. If any further edits are to be made, each will cost 10% of the original commission price. I reserve the right to increase percentage depending on how extensive the changes are (i.e., changing a character).
