Fight for control, Clench your teeth, bite down, breathe slow. In your nose, out your mouth. Get into a habit that help your sense of control, nervousness, anger, or anxious feelings. I often tap my breastbone with something, tap my fingers on some sort of counter or surface. I pace and also stab my fingernails into my head. It may seem like something harmful, but in the long run, if it helps you maintain calm behavior, it save you in the long run.

draw something random
talk with someone
find inner peace
talk with a friend
the list goes on...for me
