So...
My last journal was a bit dramatic (Hey man...I was REALLY pissed off), so I figured I should update this.
My starter, alternator, and battery all went out on my Firebird. All within seconds of each other...and I thought changing out the alternator and battery would solve the problem. Needless to say, the solenoid on the starter was fried...and I think it shorted out my battery on my other car too (The Grand Prix) because after jumping the Firebird with the GP, the GP's battery will not hold a charge above 25%. : /
And I went through a total of three new alternators and two new batteries to get to this point. >_> I'm so pissed off...and since I don't have a ride at my earliest convenience, it only made things more frustrating. Not to mention I had to beg my complex not to tow my car...ugh. But I'm good with them now. I scheduled a meeting with the manager, and we had a good sit-down talk about it. Afterward, management has been really nice and cooperative with us lately. They even let me work on my car now all I want. Pretty awesome.
Got my starter out today, and I have a hunch by looking at the wires connected that the wiring is bad too...which will be a good amount of work...But I'll get it worked out sooner or later. Got a new starter ordered that will be here tomorrow, and my dad is helping pay it off. Once I get that popped back in, I'll be doing a lot of rewiring. A lot of the wiring harnesses and wiring is off the wall and obnoxious...not to mention dangerous.
Oh, and I've been working my ass off the past four days with my new job. Damn man they really work me hard...I renovate houses through a small company that is funded from Home Depot. I've been working 12-14 hour shifts since. :I Something I am entirely not used to, so it's kicking my ass. Not to mention I have to get up realllllll early, which I fucking hate. But, oh well. You play to pay I guess. In a month or so though, I'll be making straight bank. Like, seriously. I'll be up there with the big boys with the good progress I'm making. I've been getting all kinds of compliments, which is awesome. Even my boss enjoys my work, and so does his boss. It's a nice feeling to earn someone's respect like that. The job I'm doing now will pay over a $1,000 as an example. When I get off of min wage, I'll be making all of that for just one job.
That is serious dough. >_> Will be nice. Already feeling the positive influence of having money for once. Life is getting better, though I'm still not getting my hopes up.
Oh, and the irony. Now that I'm employed, I'm getting all kinds of calls about interviews. >__________>" What the fuck man. What the hell.
Anyway, long story short, I work a lot, I'm getting money, and things are finally looking for real this time.

Was just wondering what you're rewiring cause 4 AWG is about as thick as your finger. o.o?
plus rotten luck on your car e-e nice of your landlord types allowing you to work on it though ^^
Most awesome management ever.
