DANGER! EMERGENCY! PLEASE HELP ME! LOSING MY HOME!

My brother has decided he is moving to California, and this means I will be out of a home. I need a place where I can pay $200.00 0f rent or under, preferably a place where I can keep a dog, (this is not mandatory, but would be very nice for my dog) and a place where there is no drinking and mature and responsible people. A room, or apartment would be fine. I am looking around right now, but if anyone could help me, it would be much appreciated. I am at a loss, and I have bills to worry about, let alone this terrible problem. Thank you all for your time ♥ I really appreciate it ♥

Also, yes the way he words things is kind of assholish, but we really had to make a snap descision on this, its kind of a once in a lifetime opportunity to actually maybe have a chance at being successful.
If you want a headshot, add 2.00 to the base price.
if you'd like a bust, add 2.50 to the base price
If you'd like full body, add 5.00 to your base price :)
backgrounds are an extra 3.00 :) simple backgrounds, like a gradient or a simple design, are only 1.00 extra :)
