Does anyone play Sim City?

First off YAY! EA is giving away 1 AAA title to all sim city players who registered before march 25th because of all the issues. That means a free copy of Battlefield 3, Bejeweled 3, dead space 3, or some other games I forgot because they're not very important. but, FREE Battlefield 3!
But the downside is they're only doing this because of all the issues... and speaking of issues the region (all of my cities) have spontaneously become unplayable. Donno why, everything loads fine, then I get booted off because "cannot synch with servers" and I could (and already have) waist away hours by my self. But I think it to be fun to see what other people are up to, and was wondering if anyone else plays?

its better to just play Simcity 4
the fact that EA has to give away a free AAA title to those who bought Simcity 2013 instead of FIXING the problems tells me they don't really care about the game or its fanbase
anyway EA has to do clean up, and the game is being worked on even more so hay o3o free game ~
