In an effort to push that latest negative journal down a bit, I want to link something I found in my inbox today - a blog post by Charlie Hoehn. I happen to be on this gentleman's e-mail list, and while I don't receive all too much, what I do receive is of a superior quality. I've already made all these realizations myself by constantly observing peers and seniors, and asking many questions of many people, but this is a wonderful reminder of it all.
