There is! But now is the time when the Powers That Be feel less stingy about their electric bill and leave the lamp on for prolonged periods of time, in addition to nudging it closer so we all have enough light to read.

someone ought to tell them politicians who insist on keeping up saving daylight. and who's raking in the interest, anyway? and how about risky investments, and what happens when the banks botch up again? all that saved daylight will be like, destroyed!

On daylight savings, I don't know what to tell you. It's going to take more than rescheduling sunshine to save our agricultural output this year.
