Just 1 more big race left

It has been a tough season, but one thing for sure is that no matter what stands in your way, just pass them :)
I have the duluth inline marathon comming up in like 2 weeks (Northshore Inline Marathon) I'm in Advanced wave A and hoping to set a new personal best in the marahton. I'm not a marathon person at all, my PB is 1:24:10 over 26 miles. This year, like every other year I'm hoping to get under 1:20 even if its like # whatever, I'll still be happy.
Its very hard for a sprinter to do these marathons, because when I train on my skates its at 90 to 100% of my speed trying to improve myself for the sprints, though my 300m personal best (25.36) is faster than the national record (25.54) marathons are not what I train for, often my muscles end up wearing out on me or my shins tighten right up so I can't move my foot while skating.
But this year I'm going to try something a little different. I'm going to have a beer something to relax me before the start. All the time I'm tense and ready to go before a start
