Another Russian cartoon find. The simplistic plot could have been told without any dialogue on the part of the animals, so no need to worry about what they're saying; just watch and enjoy.
While attempting to translate the title (Непослушный котёнок), one Russian to English online "translator" claimed that it meant "Naughty boy really gives me a pain in Tiki."

I actually recognized a bit of the Russian (by sheer accident): "котёнок" does indeed mean "kitten". The first word (Непослушный) does translate as "disobedient" but in the sense of being wayward, e.g. when a child disobeys their parents.
This is one of Союзмультфильм (Soyuzmultfilm's) early works, actually. Their animators had a lot of freedom in their pre-Ну, погоди! days, so you saw stuff with a huge range of styles. The title card said it was made in 1953 in Moscow.
