But that was because I couldn't use the disk to set them up.

They are an ass and a half to install correctly, if you can ever get it to install in the first place.

I agree. The price make it seem like a scam. But the reviews of it from real artists seem to be great.

I only know of the site because a company I worked for used to buy computer cables from them. Everything from USB cables to HDMI, ect... They act more as a wholesale sort of place, selling things much cheaper then retail. Where I might pay $30 for a hdmi cable at the store, they sell them for under $2. In the time i've dealt with them, i've never had an issue with their products. So I can say I've had experience with them, it's not much but perhaps it might help.

Please don't get one, they seem magical, but the drivers are so fucking anal that you literally CAN'T plug the damn thing in until you install the driver correctly or it fucks everything up ever. Also some windows automatic updates cancel out parts of the driver so oops no pressure sensitivity in some programs.

a friend is letting me borrow hers and this is almost just as satisfying as my intuos 4, not like I used all the fancy buttons anyways.

Aaaand this is a comment I was waiting for. It seems a lot of reviewers are having similar issues. I would rather pay more for something I trust rather than something that could make me flip a desk! Lol

man, that's really unfortunate to hear! i love my monoprice and figured it was just something i was doing wrong when it was such trouble to install the drivers. i can't even leave the thing plugged in overnight or my computer will just straight up not power up. i have to unplug it before i can start up my computer again.

other than that i love the damn thing, but yeesh

a bit of a gamble but people seems to like it.

I have a Bamboo fun I can loan you, has all of its bits and pieces including replacement nubs and all discs if you need one! I was given a much larger tablet in trade and the poor thing hasn't had any use. Bamboo fun small, but it is still 100% functional!
