this is it just the first time I've asked him I've noted him about 3 weeks back I noted him previously I've had my friend asked him and he completely ignores me

if he had you blocked you would not be able to post messages in journals and artwork, soooo either you annoyed him with something or he's a dick

He's a dick 2 of my other friends have committed in the same journal about 4 months back and warned me that he may not even respond you only helps people that have known for years he does everyone else is art piece but completely ignores my request and I was willing to pay in everything

Oh shush I've got friends who can't see some that can't even walk your art is good thus I cannot complain nor would I really ever. Your inability to speak just means you can't speak vocally people don't hate because of disabilities and if they do then they aren't good people then.

Why don't you ask your mutual friend Bean to ask that person what is up?
