Like it sent, but it says "Pending" and that it took some odd change out.
For some reason the money you sent wont go through but the other persons did. Someone said you might had pressed a wrong button somewhere.
I just hope we can figure it out soon because I finally have enough to get my first commission..

No and they usually dont have fees

Maybe I derped something, but I don't understand how they say it was paid and you haven't gotten it. I can try to cancel from my end and resend it.
