A Question to my Watchers

So, a question: when you're feeling down or depressed or in a bad mood, what do you do to cheer yourself up?
The reason I ask is because this job I have has been draining me both physically and emotionally. I sometimes find myself coming home and feeling like my life has reached its nadir and that the things that would cheer me up in the past aren't quite working anymore. Thus, I ask all of you out there in internet land for ideas.

As for advice, perhaps working on your hobbies will prove helpful. I find it helpful when I feel like I'm doing something constructive and accomplish something I can be proud of. (for me, this is rare!) Watching cute animals always cheers me up. Go to the zoo or the dog park and watch the otters or doggies play. Always makes me smile. Look for the things you really enjoy and seek them out. *hugs*
So, I suggest you do something productive. Whatever it is you enjoy. I find tedious things helps, because it fills your mind.
