TheDeKay is one rad dude, and has been one of my fav artists + biggest inspirations for a long time.
WELL, her car was causing global warming, so now she needs to get a new one.
COMMISSION HER so you can save the planet!
Seriously, $5 for a sketch? That's a steal, man!!

AS FOR THE HAMSTER BABIES
I have this hamster named Potato.
He met my friend's hamster, Lucy.
AND, LONG STORY SHORT
LUCY IS ABOUT TO HAVE BABIES
Generally, I don't breed critters... But both our hamsters have pretty awesome personalities (super friendly, curious, don't bite, etc.), we had lots of friends who wanted hams like ours, and Potato has been going crazy with DESIRE, so we felt it would be a good idea!
BUT YER. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THEM YESTERDAY, but didn't pop 'em out, so we're gonna watch again for 'em, today. I'm super worried about this kind of thing (especially since the hamster in question belongs to someone else, so I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO GO WRONG), but also really excited, even though I'm sure it'll be gross when it happens! Haha!
AND LASTLY, I'M STILL LOOKING TO CARPOOL TO WILD NIGHTS, IF ANYONE IS GOING AND HAS AN EMPTY SEAT!
If not, I've got backup plans, but it seemed easier (and more fun) to ride with friends, haha!
EITHER WAY, I WILL SEE YOU PUPS THERE!
AND I'll be at the Great Plains Ren Fest, so if you're going to that then I WILL SEE YOU THERE, ALSO!

These are the large hamsters, yep! :D Siberian Golden Hamsters (known as 'Bear' hamsters of various varieties, in pet stores)! The male is an Angora, or "Teddy Bear", so he has SUPER long, soft, luxurious fur! He's awesome, and is such a sweetheart, to boot!!
Do you think Dobie would like one?? I could let you guys know when I get a final head count, if you'd like! c:
It's so hard to find Siberians, anymore-- especially NICE ones! Most stores either have all dwarves, or really high-priced "Black Bear" Siberian morphs, but they're never socialized or well-raised, so they're also really bitey and timid. Potato was amazing from day one, and has been a total peach ever since, so hopefully these babies are the same way!!
This is the female's first litter, so there's always that likelihood that she might not be successful at raising them, but... We'll be doing everything we can, so if they do make it, I'll be sure to let you guys know (and I'll share photos, so Dobie can look 'em over!) C:
