Thanks this area is all about history its one of our tourist attractions with in a hop and a skip away is Jamestown and Williamsburg so many historical sites

Yeah, Virginia was a pretty happenin' place in the early colonies. I live in SC, another of the original colonies, but a lot of our local history is more focused around the 1800's and the Civil War.

We tend to focus on everything that happened here XD I used to do civil was reenactments

Oh, that's awesome! I'd love to see a reenactment. I know we have some around here too, but it can be kind of a toss-up sometimes; you pretty much have to be in the right place at the right time. A really huge, well-organized reenactment would be so cool to see though!

They have them several times a year at Endview plantation here everything is well advertised round here.
