We made the trip safely! Thursday I drove the 14 hour trip though a couple of states to get my mate and bring him to his new home with me. Things couldn't possibly better and it is beyond wonderful to be able to just smile into eachother's eyes, soaking up every detail.
For those who don't know, I've known him for 2 years in Second Life. Last January we met when a bunch of friends were staying at my apartment for FurCon.
I'd never experienced love at first sight before and as soon as I gave him a welcome hug snd kiss, our eyes flew open as if we had been shocked. He is really the most genuine, loving, and sensual man I know... and he just soaks up everything about me.
We've been dating long distance since FC'08, got more serious in April when he came down for my birthday, and after my trip up for the 4th of July, I've been a goner. Thank you to everyone who has listened to my whimpers and mournful cries of intense longing. The last month has been exquisitely painful. Worth every moment, I know it has only heightened our reunion and resolve to get through anything together.

I had divorce mediation today things blew up towards the end. I was shaking and crying... and Nyte was there to hold and comfort me. I can't imagine having to live without his strong arms around me.
