PAYPAL ISSUES (PLEASE READ)

Okay, I'm sure some of you have seen that PayPal has recently changed how you send money for buying something that isn't physically shipped to you (selecting services yadada) but there are a few other things that apparently they don't tell you and may cause some issues and did so to me and some of the artists I've commissioned lately.
1.) Be wary of the mobile app. It's what I usually use since I work a lot and has been fine in the past... But all of the recent transactions I used it for have been flagged by them. The mobile app does NOT make a distinction between goods and services at this time and I suspect that may be causing issues.
2.) Artists: if you use an invoice... Make sure you're setting it up right! If I have to confirm a shipping address and there's nothing being shipped they may have an issue with it. It was after this that I started having issues.

You have to select "NO SHIPPING REQUIRED" and people should be using invoices anyways. Hopefully they are setting it up to where no shipping required there as well.
I've had no problem with paypal in all the years I have been using it. :I
You should get in touch with paypal and get confirmation.
I think what happened was paypal didn't update the mobile app to work the same way yet and now people are having issues when making payments via their mobile device. It's stupid that they didn't release an update for their mobile app at the same time they introduced this
