Hey everyone, especially my watchers and those who have favorite me thus far. I have been in and out of the hospital since about 14 February, and am currently recovering from surgery. Long story short, my Crohn's disease wasn't behaving itself and decided to make an ulcer in my small intestine which then burst and perforated it. I then had to have surgery to remove about 12 inches of the affected intestine. I have been recovering for about 4 weeks now, and have had little time nor much motivation to do any art lately. I had planned on posting my first comic about the same time I had first gotten sick back in February, as I only had (and still have) a few more panels to complete before the whole first story is finished. I was living by myself where I had recently moved to due to getting a new job, and because of the surgery and those circumstances, I came back home to family to recover, since I had no one to assistance me otherwise. I brought my computer and bamboo tablet, but when I went to use the tablet, I realized I had forgotten to grab my digital pen to go with it! I tried going to Best Buy and Office Depot, and they only carried itty bitty styluses for Ipads, boo; not to mention that the people at Best Buy are in the category just under useless as they hadn't a clue as to what I was talking about when I asked if they had a "stylus-pen for a Wacom Bamboo tablet." So, I am waiting until I go back to my other place of dwelling this coming weekend before I will be able to draw anymore. If any of you have been awaiting new work from me and even anticipating my upcoming comic, I apologize. Regular drawing shall resume in about a week, and posting of the finished work will follow in the weeks after.
