Is anyone familiar with where to find diabetic medicines online at discount, but not illegal prices?
Trying to get someone some help with excessively priced medicines. I'm completely willing to consider out of the country sources... as long as their LEGIT sources. All the websites I've found for "Meds from Canada~!" have been hotbeds of malware and bullshit.
UPDATE: Thanks for all the help, Seems a visit to the local clinic was all that was needed. They gave my friend free insulin... apparently they were poor enough to qualify for some program that covers that, so... all's well for the moment... at least in this direction.

As far as I can tell, the current types are both made by companies who have a complete monopoly on the stuff, and who really don't care if a few people die here and there as long as they get paid well by the few who are alive.

Also, if you use a machine called a "Freestyle Lite", there's a program you can get into for free that provides strips for only $15, provided you have a prescription for them. Might want to look into it. According to the friend, if you get into the program, you can get the machine free, apparently.
Insulin can't be purchased OTC in Canada, so I don't think you'll find a legitimate cross-border supplier here. This may be a bit extreme, but have you considered emigrating to a nation that puts its people above 'free enterprise'?
And yes, the person in question has mentioned wanting to leave the US if the only other option is having a bunch of money grubbing assholes watch them die slowly, hoping they'll return to the hospital for another extended stay so they'll pile up more bills they can't pay.
