Sorry.. long rant ahead:
I resume the situation:
The apartment i live in has been nothing but troubles since we moved in july 2011.
We had it without one kind of work or another for 3 months only! (Keep in mind we are paying FULL rent since the beginning, never got a penny reduction for our troubles!)
ATM, the half bottom part of half the walls in the downstairs section are broken, you can see the bricks, and there is plaster dust everywhere, we don't have a functional shower, and there is other stuff not working, like hot water staying hot 10 mins max, the kitchen floor tiles coming loose....
It's also "raining" in my room from time to time.. (i told that to the landlord THE WEEK BEFORE XMAS and she came YESTERDAY with a specialist)..
I was at work yesterday (duuh!) and gave my keys to the neighbour to open the door to allow him in.
She apparently took advantage of being alone in the apartment (the guy was in the bedroom) to visit every room and take pictures (!!).
She wrote us a letter saying that the place was dusty, filthy, that we left alcohol cans behind the couch (uuh? we never drink alcohol in cans!), that we overloaded the ventilation unit over the cooker with alcohol bottles (3 cougar liquor bottles, yeah, hope she was shocked seeing the labels!), that the neighbours complained that the cats were smelly, that the garden was a mess, etc etc etc...
Now we have 15 days to clean everything spic and span, sort out the garden (another thing that my "lovely" ex-roomate never did, as she promised) and.. GET RID OF THE CATS... or she will expell us.
That's where i draw the line.
Ok, i'll clean, ok, i'll call a gardener (even if i dunno how i'll pay him) but don't touch my babies !

Spoke to my neighbours and noone complained about anything about my cats. They'll put it on paper, even! You're a liar!
(Lately we have one cats of the neighbourhood that comes in during the day (i have to leave the door slightly ajar to allow mine to go out) and as he's not cut, he tends to "mark" his territory inside. But as soon as i see it, i clean it with vinegar!!.. andwhen you see spots half up the wall, it can't be mine (they're all girls, and all spayed!).
I'd castrate that frakkin cat myself if i could afford it! I dunnno who he belongs to, he doesn' even wear a collar!)
So yeah, now i dunno what to do... I'll write a letter back..
We paid FULL rent for an apartment where we can't even take a proper shower in (not to mention my roomate was never even able to get any furniture other than his bed in his room, as the walls are ripped open)..we were nice never asking any kind of compensation for the noise, dust, and general misery the works caused.. and now this?
Fuck you, women, i live as i please, and my cats are not your concern.. Try to touch them.. and you'll be in trouble.
Oh and if you really push me, i'll go to court and ask for that compensation, for the months of crap we had to endure because of YOU.

Ours used to say "No pets, with the exception of one cat". We only had Akuma at the time.
Also, is garden maintenance mentioned?

And yes, garden maintenance is mentioned.. problem is, since my ex roomate left (and SHE swore whe would tend the garden), i called the gardener 4 times.. each time he tried to come, the weather was impossible...
All and every garden look horrible in winter!!!
Seriously, that's just unfair, I know you and you just can't deserve all that shit... I would help if I could, but I just can wish you to find the end of this tunnel!

I mean: this isn't the first time shit hit the fan over there. And somehow I don't belief it will end all suddenly.

Look into your rental contract to see if there is anything specified towards having pets. If there is nothing that concerns pets you can simply say screw you.
