Well, I've been wanting to do this for some time, that is, get everyone's ideas on who they have on their list for the world's hottest women... Some rules:
1. Gotta be a real person. No fair picking someone like Kasumi from DoA Extreme Beach Volleyball, Laura Croft or Princess Peach...
2. Can be from any time period, but there's got to be an accurate picture or rendering of the gal in existence.
That's all! Here's mine, in no particular order:
1. Leslie Caron - Cute, attractive and possessing some of the best looking legs ever to grace the silver screen... Doubt me? See http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Lesli....._i1631163_.htm . Big plus points for her sexy French accent.
2. Barbara Eden - Those who've been watching me for a while know that I'm an "I Dream of Jeannie" otaku. 'Nuff said.
3. Betty Page - Has to have one of the best all-round bodies ever seen. Incredible...
4. Marsha Mason - Like Leslie Caron, started as a dancer, hence her gorgeous legs...
5. Beyonce Knowles - Beyonce is just OMG hot in every category I can think of...
Honorable Mention - Terri Garr, Shelley Long, Yoko Matsugane, Lindsay Lohan (before she became a drugged-out freak ala Brittany Spears) and Lucy Liu.

Well, here's a short, quick list from me:
Bo Derek One of my first early favorites after I had seen her pictorials taken by her ... creepy, creepy late husband.
Petra Verkaik I understand choosing a Playmate is a little unfair, but she's always been my favorite.
Jamie Lee Curtis She looks great in a boy cut.
Carol Cleveland I choose her as a generalization of all British television babes. There were one or two girls on Are You Being Served? that caught my attention, but since I can't remember them I'll just say Carol Cleveland. She's better than Eric Idle in a dress.
Bo Derek is nice, but I was never super attracted to her... "10" was alright... Petra Verkaik is hot and so is Jamie Lee Curtis... Jamie Lee Curtis is cute much the same as Leslie Caron. And you're right about Carol Cleveland. She looks the part of the perfect British lass.

Betty Grable had the Million Dollar Legs and a cute face, but I think that she was a creation of circumstances to a certain extent... Many men, away from home, and then you see a great pic of her scantily clad!
One of the prettiest women in the face from old movies is Jeanne Crain... She didn't star in many movies, but she was certainly a looker!

I agree about Betty Grable, but her combination of sex appeal and wholesome girl-next-door charm certainly gave our troops a welcome morale boost. She was the American ideal at that time.
Wow, I didn't know about Jeanne Crain-- very beautiful. If you like dancers with really great legs, like I do, Cyd Charisse is definitely worth consideration.
