So a few days ago I was trying to gratify myself, as I have no one in life willing to do so--I don't MIND, because it doesn't bug me much, and people have their reasons.. but that's besides the point--and I was in the shower, when the thought pops into my head: "Now is human sexual behavior LEARNED? I can't remember or not." And suddenly my mind springs into thought about human sexual psychology, asking myself this and that, and it's completely distracting. I need a brain off switch, sometimes.
