How did you come up with your sona???

Well, I loved the idea of being an anthro kangaroo long before I came up with my 'sona. So when I joined the fandom and needed one, it was a no-brainer. I like kangaroos mostly because of their tail. A kangaroos tail is my favorite feature! I also find roos to be incredibly sexy. And being a roo just fit! There are stories from my past that confirm my destiny. ^^
As for being half Hyena as well...
When I joined the fandom and started hanging out with my furry friends, I noticed them sort of... acting out the animal characteristics of their 'sonas. They barked, meowed, chased laser dots, you know... just, had fun acting like an animal. But I felt left out. I had no idea what a roo does, or even what noise they made! (I found out they sort of cluck btw, which I have now taken pride in my patented roo cluck noise =P) So anyway, I wanted to have a little more fun and decided that I'm also half canine. But what type? Naturally, being a roo, I thought of a dingo (before I had heard of Dingoroo FYI), but I decided maybe that was too cleche . I wanted something a little more different. Then one day, Kenson suggested I should be half hyena because of how much I laugh (apparently I have a great laugh, or so I've been told by several people -shrugs-). At first, I didn't like the idea because at the time I had some prejudice against hyenas. Since they have always been portrayed in a bad light by the media (i.e The Lion King). But over time as I failed to find an appropriate canine to be melded with, I slowly came around to the idea. I thought, maybe I may not like hyenas per-say, but maybe that's just who I am? And you can't help who you are. So, I went with it. Added some spots, and overtime I became very comfortable and proud of my hyena heritage! Also... a Kangaroo-Hyena hybrid? That's an original! And couldn't be happier with that! ^__________________________^
