Bamboo Create vs. Intuos5 Medium

General
G'day, all!
To all the digital artists out there:
I'm planning to buy a new pen tablet to replace my Bamboo Fun Small 1st Gen. Problem is, what should I get?
The Bamboo Create at $200 has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, a good resolution, and a rather ample drawing area. The Intuos5 Medium is $150 more for the same drawing area size, but it has twice the amount of pressure sensitivity and resolution, as well as pen tilt sensing functionality.
The question: is it honestly worth the $150 upgrade to go from 1024 to 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity and pen tilt sensors? Because honestly, that's all the $150 is giving you. Is pen tilt sensing even useful for you guys?
Thoughts?

and I don't outside on Indonesia, but there are ne series again outside of Bamboo Create, is Bamboo Fun and Manga. Bamboo Fun is come from small to Medium, with or without touch. and Bamboo Manga is same like Bamboo Create (or other), size is small, but bundle software is orientate for comic/manga artist.
and for tilt sensing, is useful, like using real brush. the effect for pronounce on ellipse shape rather than circle shape. also the effect is rotating brush shape (like duck brush, activate it on brush tool window)
