I've got some bad news for those of you who think you're hot shit at the gym. I've started doing P90X and Insanity with a total of 40 extra pounds in limb and vest weights.
YES, it is hands-down the most physically demolishing thing I've yet done, but Ay, you dont get results unless you start lookin' at the fucker in the mirror as a challenge who needs to get his ass beat before he gets hard as nails.
