So, I ACTUALLY went to see the doctor this morning. I say it like that because I know it's been at least 10 years since I've visited one. I've been in pretty good health overall, but recently, my blood pressure has shot through the roof. Many friends & family members have been concerned. To add to my sky rocketing blood pressure, I've added some KILLER migraines. In the last 5 days, I have woke up with one 4 of those days. It really is difficult to function like this. And, yes, I did ask the doctor about that also. He checked me out & seemed to think that on top of my high blood pressure (180/100), I am suffering from allergies. He prescribe some meds for both. And wants me to check & record my BP at least twice a day at random times. I will go back to see him in a month.

I am telling everyone this so that I will be held accountable for what I need to do. Please feel free to ask/remind me whenever about my bp. Checking it & taking my meds.
