YOU GOD DAMN FURRIES!

Makin' me fill out your stupid Memes, right after I said I wouldn't. CURSE YOOOOOOOOU!
1. What is your character's name?
Mycroft M. Nickel. I hadn't planned on a middle name for him, but a fanfic writer gave him the middle name of Moriarty.
2. What kind of character is it (furry, anime, etc) and any particular race?
He's your standard sympathy male figure surrounded by hot gals, a pity character. Anthropomorphic/cartoon (I AM TOO GOOD TO SAY FURRY LOL) pure-bred Canadian Beaver.
3. What is the first thing your character would think of when he/she first wakes up?
"Meeeh. I don't wanna go to (work, class, etc.)."
4. Your character's favorite outfit would be?
T-shirt and slacks pretty much, though he is partian to golf shirts, jeans, etc. Unlike a lot of comci and cartoon characters, he does change clothes (which frustrates anyone who offers to colour my comic).
5. When your character looks into a mirror, what's the first thing they would notice?
Probably his gut, then if there's any toothpaste on his face, and if his hair is beyond repair.
6. Does your character have the same tastes in food as you?
I don't eat lumber.
7. How is your character similar to you?
He's fairly plain, thinks he's smarter than everyone else but at the same time thinks he's inferior. Only wants to be average. He detests most things popular, but can easily latch onto to something fairly stupid without knowing anything about it. He's also got a sense of humour that can really get him in trouble.
8. How is he different?
He's much more popular with women (WHY!?), and a lot more social. He's also a much better dancer, and can actually play a musical instrument (something I gave up on). He has no artistic talent... wait, I think that belongs in the "how are we the same" catergory. Oh, and he's a cartoon beaver.
9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?
No, I really dislike my voice. Mycroft wouldn't speak with an east-coast accent like I do, and would have a deeper voice. He'd also be a better singer.
10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?
Freak the fuck out. Then lement the fact that I never drew his penis massive.
11. Is there something about your character that you don't like how others think of them?
People seem to think that he's just your standard anime nerd guy surrounded by women who want him... and that's really not it. Plus people really seem to think that he's a nice guy with no attitude problems. The fact is that Mycroft can be a bit of a dick and doesn't share or trust well. He's also pretty thick when it comes to reading emotions, so he is in no way a casanova. And some people think he's a fairly slim, tall, attractive man. He's not. He's short, stout, he has a gut. His hair isn't spikey, it's messy. He's not a very good looking guy.
12. What advantages does your character have over you?
As Mr. Dickman put it, "he's a lot more lovable and handsome". And he can hold his breath for like 40 minutes. He doesn't have to shave. He lives in a big city.
13. What disadvantages?
He's a work of fiction (but then again, maybe I am as well. PHILOSOPHY HA HA), it takes over an hour to get all the water out of his fur. He has family problems (that will turn up later).
14. Do you have any secrets relating to your character that only you know?
Sure I do. I know secrets regarding his parents, about his relationships before the comic strip (ZOMG YUS THAR WERE OTHER WOMENS!). I know what instrument he plays, why he wants to be a cop... and what turns him on.
15. Do you have any secret drawings only you know about?
Stuff I haven't bothered to scan doesn't count as secret, does it? My most secretive stuff was the 3 porn sketches I uploaded here. I'm not really embarrassed by them other than them being horribly drawn, I just don't do more because I think porn should only be drawn by artists who know anatomy.
16. Do you have any plans for your character or are you working on something big relating to him/her?
I have a general plan, though I have no idea if it will be completed before I stop working on it. This plan is a comic strip currently under way.
17. What misconception(s), if any, do people have about your character?
That he's gay. That he falls in love easily. That his peener is huge. That he's someone you wouldn't get annoyed with. That he enjoys non-intimate physical contact.
Also, people seem to think that he's my "Fursona" (Mein Gott I hate that word) or that I am him. He's separate, a character. I am not Mycroft, and he is not me.
18. If you could have just ONE characteristic from your character, what would it be?
Probably the instrument thing. I love to sing but I can't, and being able to play an instrument would make up for that a lot.
19. Have you made any characters that go along with yours, based on real-life people, that have the same traists?
In part, yes. Scott Hatcher is based off of my friends from high school and university who were much more outgoing than me... and made mistakes I wouldn't have. Ms. Seidelman (the mouse girl) is based on a gal I met at University. Jason (the gay dog) is based on a kid I saw at work one night. And Misty (Mycroft's cousin) is based on two of my cousins who are known for making less than sensible decisions. Oddly enough, the main gals in my comic aren't based on anyone I know.
20. Have you written any stories about your character?
There's a comic....
21. How has your character changed since his/her first creation?
Mycroft started out as me as a cartoon character. But I've tried to make him much more separate, a different person. I didn't give him many talents or traits at first, but I let him drift further away, until now he's pretty much completely separate. I still make him wear glasses though.
22. Give us a one-liner from him.
"There's a difference between being gay and not being able to get laid"
23. What's something people would be surprised to learn about your character?
He used to be violent towards women.
24. If you met your character in real life, what would you do with him or her?
Probably try to get through Halo 2 on Legendary, and split an apartment.
Lots of other stuff I was kind of tempted to add... but that'll be it. You can ask questions, and I MAY answer them... but I also may not.
