The Isolation Act from EarthGov, or in Senate Terms; The Isolation Act of 3700, was a proposal and act declared to the Galactic Senate on November 23rd, 3700. It declared that all Republic forces and all Whirlpool Territories that have claims or military bases in the Milky Way Galaxy to be withdrawn immediately, but did allow commerce and industrial trade going to stabilize the economy. The reason because of this still baffled the Senate today, the Milky Way Territory or called EarthGov Territory was only 1/4 smaller then the Republic's and has smaller navy size then any other territory. The question still lingers, one suggestion says due to EarthGov's size they think they can be "another Galactic Republic" but despite the facts displayed it would lead to a massive insurrection inside EarthGov since outlying systems in the territory require Republic support to survive. The true purpose of the Act still remains, but the Republic and all surrounding Territories obey the act to keep a good relation with Earth and the Milky Way Territory.
