download gimp. :)

i have gimp i tried to use gimp for it but it didnt work

-Save as a .gif, of course
-Go to GIMP
-File->Open as layers
-Use the pencil or fill tool to colour it.
-You can go to Filters->Animation->Playback to see what the animation looks like so far.
-Save as .gif
-Feel free to mess with timing just click the desc.(layer 1,2,3, ect) and type in the speed you'd like with ms after
e.x. (100ms) is default. YOU NEED PARENTHESIS FOR IT TO WORK.

ok.. i opened it as layers.. but it did the same thing.. as last time used one pic through all layers..

Get Photoshop
Never use Gimp for animation.

i think i got it to work on GIMP now
