Well, recently I had some issues with a commission and ended up not getting paid for something that I thought was worth $40... So I figured I should make a TOS. This way no one else tries to get the better of me, or wastes my time.
When commissioning me, you must give as much detail as possible. We will need to discuss at length what exactly you want.
Please do pay attention to my commission sheet and the prices before requesting a commission. Be aware of what you want and the general price range that it will be. I will provide an estimate based on what you would like.
I will provide a detailed sketch for your approval. We will again discuss what you want because your input is necessary for satisfactory completion. Due to people abusing my time and patience, my fee is to be paid when the sketch is approved.
If you cannot pay after the sketch is provided and approved, options can be discussed, but I've been screwed over before, so I am wary.
At any time during my work on your piece, you can ask for a progress update, which will be given in the form of a heavily watermarked preview.
You can request changes be made any time before the piece is completed, within reason. For example, if I have already fully colored it, you cannot suddenly ask it to be colored completely differently.
If, for whatever reason, you gave me little detail, accidentally agreed to things you later didn't want, or just no longer like it, you will not get a refund. I am willing to discuss a lower price if there is good reason.
I will always attempt to keep an open line of communication with a customer while I'm working on a piece to make sure it is to their specifications. If you are not satisfied, I will not be held responsible.
If you're interested in an adoptable or YCH, please respond to me within 24 hours of my initial note with you. If you fail to do this, I will send you a warning note to let you know you have another 24 hours to get back to me. If within the 48 hours I do not hear from you at all, I will put the piece back up for sell. No exceptions.
