I'm glad you liked it! That video really puts things into perspective. I have to wonder how many brilliant minds never went anywhere in life because a test result labeled them as a failure. After all, Einstein skipped classes in school, was viewed as a failure by his teachers, got bad grades on the college entrance exams (except for physics and math), and couldn't get any teaching jobs after graduating.
